Hello, my name is Cobey Pava(design name, Kingdesignz007). I am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Over the course of my university journey, I have been required to create all sorts of art ranging from drawings and paintings to typographic posters. I use the Adobe Creative Suite to make all my digital art. The top three applications I use are Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I have created content such as photo manipulations, typographic posters, package designs, animations, taking and retouching photos, video editing, etc.
Redbubble is where I sell merchandise ranging from various clothing, posters, household items, and more. Fiverr also hosts any commissions that people may be interested in. Click the icons down below to get directed to the page. Thank you for reading.
Artist Statement
I want my work to help someone in some way. Whether that's to calm them down emotionally or to motivate them to make their own art. Whatever that may be, I want it to be a product of positivity and want people to be able to see themselves living within the worlds in my art. Pastel colors are used to show a tone of softness and comfortableness. I believe when artists make art, they should think about who’s going to be viewing it, so I decided to use a color palette that could be easy on the eyes of all audiences across generations. The main computer program I use is Adobe Photoshop. At first, using it was overwhelming. Today, I am amazed at what I’m able to create. I want people to look at my art and say, "I can do that too."
